Zambia: Southeastern University
Why This Trip Matters ..... For Southeastern University Students
This is not just an international trip, it is a calling into global service.
In Zambia, SEU nursing students will move beyond the classroom to serve where skill, compassion, and adaptability are essential. You will provide hands-on clinical care, learn how nursing leadership functions in resource-limited settings, and witness how nurses shape patient outcomes across pediatrics, women’s health, surgery, and inpatient care.
This experience is designed to strengthen clinical confidence, deepen cultural humility, and expand your understanding of rural and community health, preparing you to serve with excellence wherever your nursing career leads.
