Join us for a transformative 10-day journey to an underserved neighborhood in Kampala, Uganda, where we will be Caring for Community.
This medical mission's team is designed for dedicated healthcare professionals and students eager to make an imPAct in the lives of those in need.
Trip Overview
Day 1: Arrival and Orientation
- Arrive in Uganda and settle into our hotel
- Orientation session to understand the local healthcare landscape and cultural nuances.
- Exchange money
- Church in Subbi Villages
- Traditional family lunch in a Ugandan home
- Visit Baby Watoto and play with the kids
Day 3-4: Understanding Community Health
- Volunteer in local medical centers to learn about patient care
- Collaborate with local healthcare workers to ensure continuity of care
- Attend lectures on tropical diseases

Day 5-7 Keep a girl in school and Cultural Experience
- Visit local schools to partner on improving economic imPActs
- Collect data for publication
- Engage in classroom education and lesson planning
- Inspire youth around the globe
- Improve rural health outcomes
- Attend a cultural dinner show that will tour you through the tribes of Uganda and their traditional dance

- See the beauty and mystery of Uganda while experiencing WILD adventures

Day 9 : Reflection and Departure
- Reflect on the impact of our work and share experiences.
- Shop in the local market
- Attend a final church service in Downtown Kampala with farewell lunch
- Rest
- Prepare for departure, leaving behind your imPAct
