1. Agreement to Terms By participating in international clinical experiences and rotations arranged by Global Health Impact, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility Participants must be enrolled in a recognized medical or health-related program and meet all prerequisites specified by Global Health Impact and the host institution.

3. Conduct Participants are expected to maintain professional behavior, respect local customs and laws, and adhere to the code of conduct provided by Global Health Impact and the host institution.

4. Health and Safety Participants must ensure they have the necessary vaccinations, health insurance, and comply with any health and safety guidelines provided by Global Health Impact and the host institution.

5. Financial Responsibility Participants are responsible for all costs associated with their participation, including travel, accommodation, and any additional expenses not covered by Global Health Impact.

6. Liability Global Health Impact is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the program. Participants are advised to obtain appropriate travel and additional health insurance.

7. Data Protection Global Health Impact will handle your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your information will be used solely for the purposes of arranging and managing your clinical experience.

8. Termination Global Health Impact reserves the right to terminate a participant’s involvement in the program for any breach of these terms and conditions or any behavior deemed inappropriate without the return of any funding.

9. Amendments Global Health Impact reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.
